Prior
to participating in any Canyon Voyages Adventure Co. activity, individuals will be required to sign an Acknowledgment of Risk and Liability
Release form. Participants should understand that river running activities
contain inherent risks including but not limited to, hazards from weather
conditions, water conditions, equipment conditions, physical infirmities
whether known or unknown to me, and the negligence of others, including
Canyon Voyages Adventure Co. and its employees.

the Adult Acknowledgment of Risk form and the Parental Minor Release form.
If you are renting equipment for a Do-it-Yourself trip:
Prior to receiving any Canyon Voyages Adventure Co. equipment, renters will be required to sign an Acknowledgment of Risk and Liability Release form.
