Pedal & Paddle

Moab, Utah and the surrounding canyon country is a land of endless adventures. Whatever you choose, our experienced guides will make sure you get the most out of your visit to Moab. Call us at 800-733-6007, or send us an email at info@canyonvoyages.com, tell us which adventures you like, and we can customize an itinerary for you.

Pedal & Paddle Trip Description

Moab Utah is known as the Mountain Bike Capital of the World, and for good reason. The variety of rides from the La Sal mountain singletrack to the sandstone wonders of the Slickrock Bike Trail - there is a unique ride for everyone. We partner with Rim Tours for the biking portion of this tour. Your day begins with a morning mountain bike ride that takes you into some of Moab's best backcountry terrain. Biking is a fun way to explore the Canyonlands area with a ride that matches your ability. You'll finish the day with an "upper body workout" as you paddle your own kayak down the Colorado River. You can choose from scenic calm water in recreational or sit-on-top kayaks or you can choose whitewater with Inflatable kayaks. Our guides will help you with proper paddle technique and "water reading" skills. It's helpful if you have a little riding or paddling experience, but advanced skills are not necessary.
