Trip Deposit Policy
To guarantee a reservation, a 50% deposit is required. Payment may be made by check or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
For our Fisher Towers, Colorado River Full-Day and Half-Day tours
If cancellation is received more than 24 hours prior to trip departure there will be a full refund, less $5 per person booking fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to trip departure.
For all of our Multi-Day River Trips, One-Day Westwater and Multi-sport tours
If cancellation is received more than 45 days prior to trip departure there will be a full refund, less $25 per person booking fee. If cancellation is received 30 to 45 days prior to trip departure 50% of the total cost is non-refundable. If less than 30 days, no monies will be refunded.
Trip Participant Agreement
If you are going on one of our trips you will be required to sign a Release of Responsibility and Acknowledgment of Risk form before participating. This form outlines the inherent risks associated with our outdoor activities.

Trip and Rental Equipment Deposit Policy
To guarantee a reservation, a 50% deposit is required. Payment may be made by check or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
Rental Equipment Cancellation Policy
If cancellation notice is received more than 30 days prior to the rental date, deposits will be refunded, less 10% processing fee. If cancellation notice is received 15 to 30 days prior to the rental date, deposits will be refunded, less 25% processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellation received less than 15 days prior to the rental date. No monies are refunded for early returns.
Security Deposit Procedure for Rental Equipment
When you arrive to pick up your equipment, we require a security deposit
of $750 for each kayak and $1500 for each raft. (Note: The security
deposit applies to the first $750 or $1500 of value only. If equipment
is damaged, lost or destroyed, you are responsible for 90% of the
retail replacement cost.) Deposits will be refunded after equipment
has been returned and inspected.
Rental Equipment Agreement
